Hi, my name is Paul Carlson from Cedar Park Texas, and I am the President and a founding partner of Carlson Desktop Solutions.  I have over 10 years experience in the software industry having worked for two software developers prior to founding CDS.  In what now seems like another lifetime, I worked in the land development industry before jumping into the software business, starting first in GIS and then adding experience in drafting, surveying and engineering design.   I have spent my entire career devoted to learning as much as possible about technology related to my job, and have spent the last decade sharing that information on a training or consulting level to client across the country.  While my main focus is here in Texas we also have clients throughout the country that still choose to work with us because of our level of expertise, and they know they can count on us when they need us.
